Who is the Zero Hire Method for? +

Service businesses doing £300K-£2M with 5-20 staff. Hospitality and recruitment in Phase 1. Accounting, finance brokers, agencies and other service verticals come in Phase 2 — a waitlist is open. You're already paying for at least one admin or ops person whose job is mostly process-based. You need to be willing to spend 2 hours a week on the build and appoint someone on your team to direct it. Not for pre-revenue startups or businesses that want someone else to run everything.

What are the four AI engines? +

The Zero Hire Method framework classifies every business task into one of four engines, each receiving its own AI pod during the 90-day sprint. The Acquisition Engine handles lead research, personalised outreach, call preparation, and proposals. The Delivery Engine covers client onboarding, project management, reporting, and handoffs. The Support Engine manages inbound email, customer questions, ticket triage, and follow-ups. The Operations Engine runs bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling, hiring admin, and internal reporting.
