The Zero Hire Method
We build the automations that replace the admin, the copy-paste, the inbox triage, the chasing. On your machine, with you. Everything we build is yours.
45 minutes. We'll map every workflow AI can take off your plate.
You walk us through your business, every workflow, every bottleneck, every task that eats your week. We figure out which ones AI can run end-to-end, which ones it can draft for you to approve, and which ones need to stay human. Then we build the automations together, on your machine, over a 90-day sprint. You own everything. No vendor lock-in, no monthly fees to us, no proprietary software. Typical result: 15-25 hours a week back in your day and £60,000+ in staff costs you no longer need.
Different industries, same bottlenecks.
Someone on your team spends 3 hours a day on emails that follow the same pattern every time. Lead comes in, gets logged, gets forwarded, gets followed up. That's a full salary going to copy-paste.
You've got a process that takes 30 days when it should take 3. Client onboarding, new starter setup, monthly reporting. Everyone knows it's slow but nobody has time to fix it.
You tried ChatGPT. Maybe you got it to draft an email or summarise a document. But that's not a system. Nothing connects to anything else and it all falls apart when you stop prompting.
The business next door just hired someone like us. Their team of 6 now outputs what yours does with 12. You won't notice until they start winning your clients.
The cost of doing nothing for the next 12 months:
£60,000+
in wasted salary, lost time, and missed opportunity
Real examples from real businesses we work with.
Acquisition
A lead inquires at 2am. By 2:01am they've got a personalised text and email. By 9am when you call, they already know who you are. Outreach, follow-ups, proposals, all drafted and sent without you touching it.
Delivery
We compressed a 100-step client onboarding process to a single day for one business. Intake forms, welcome emails, first deliverables, scheduling. You focus on the actual work, the system handles everything around it.
Operations
Every morning you get a brief: what's overdue, who hasn't replied, what needs your attention today. Inbox gets triaged. Invoices get chased. Reports get generated. You stop firefighting and start running the business.
Support
Every call gets transcribed and turned into notes, action items, and follow-ups. No more forgetting what you promised. Competitor moves get flagged. Decisions get stress-tested before you make them.
How It Works
You walk me through a real workflow end-to-end. How a lead becomes a client, how an invoice gets sent, how a new starter gets onboarded. I time everything and cost everything. By the end of the call you can see exactly where the hours are going and what AI can take over.
No charge for this step.
Every task gets tagged: Automate (AI runs it, no human needed), Assist (AI drafts it, you approve), or Keep (stays human). Most businesses find 60-80% of their admin falls into the first two. That's 15-25 hours a week you're getting back.
1-2 hours a week, on your machine. Week 1 your first automation is live and processing real work. By week 4 you've got systems handling lead intake, email drafting, follow-ups, and reporting. By day 90 you've got an AI team that runs without you.
After the sprint you get the rest of your 12 months: skill library access, maintenance when tools change, group office hours, quarterly strategy calls, and a private community of other founders doing the same thing.

Founder, Zero Hire Method
I've run service businesses with 120+ staff. I know what it's like to pay 6 people to do work that doesn't need a human. I built the system that replaced them, then turned it into a method other businesses can use.
"I had a 30-day client onboarding process with about 100 steps. Matthew and I compressed it to a single day. My team of 3 now delivers what used to take 8 people. The systems run on my machine, I understand how they work, and I don't need Matthew to maintain them."

"I was doing 16 prospects a week by hand, sending 20 outreach emails myself. Within two weeks Matthew had built an automation that researches, enriches, and drafts personalised outreach for me. I ended up letting go of a salesperson because the system was doing their job better."

Service businesses doing £300K-£2M with 5-20 staff. Hospitality and recruitment in Phase 1. Accounting, finance brokers, agencies and other service verticals come in Phase 2 — a waitlist is open. You're already paying for at least one admin or ops person whose job is mostly process-based. You need to be willing to spend 2 hours a week on the build and appoint someone on your team to direct it. Not for pre-revenue startups or businesses that want someone else to run everything.
The Zero Hire Method framework classifies every business task into one of four engines, each receiving its own AI pod during the 90-day sprint. The Acquisition Engine handles lead research, personalised outreach, call preparation, and proposals. The Delivery Engine covers client onboarding, project management, reporting, and handoffs. The Support Engine manages inbound email, customer questions, ticket triage, and follow-ups. The Operations Engine runs bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling, hiring admin, and internal reporting. Inside each engine, individual tasks are tagged Automate (AI runs it end-to-end), Assist (AI drafts, human approves), or Keep (stays human). Most service businesses find 60–80% of admin work falls into Automate or Assist after mapping.
Double your investment within 90 days or every penny back. We agree a baseline in writing in week one — usually admin salary spend or hours reclaimed. If you've met the conditions (attended every build session, finished pod-mapping homework before week 2, shipped Wave 1 skill live by day 30, baseline agreed in writing in week 1) and you haven't 2x'd by day 90, the full amount comes back and you keep everything you built.
AI agencies build on their infrastructure and charge £5-15K a month to maintain it. If you leave, everything breaks. We build on your machine, under your logins, with your API keys. When we're done, you own everything and you know how it works. No ongoing fees, no lock-in.
You can draft emails with it. Maybe summarise a document. But that saves you 2-3 hours a week on isolated tasks. We build connected systems: an email comes in, gets triaged, the reply gets drafted in your voice, the CRM gets updated, the follow-up gets scheduled, all without you touching it. That's 40+ hours a week, not 3.
You've got 12 months of support. If something breaks, I help fix it. But because everything runs on your own setup with your own keys, you can always fix it yourself too. All the code, prompts, and config are yours. After month 12, most clients extend their automations independently.
The call is 45 minutes. We'll map your business, show you where the hours are going, and give you a plan. Whether we work together or not, you'll leave knowing exactly what's possible.
